Job Description:
As a Balloon Animal Artist at True Character Parties, you will be responsible for creating a variety of balloon sculptures to entertain and delight children and guests at various events, including birthday parties, corporate events, and community gatherings. Your creativity and skills in balloon twisting will help make each event memorable and magical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a wide range of balloon animals and sculptures based on event themes and client requests.
- Engage with children and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their balloon creations.
- Set up and clean up your work area before and after each event.
- Collaborate with other entertainers, such as face painters and character performers, to enhance the overall experience.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all guests have the opportunity to receive a balloon creation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices while working with balloons.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in balloon twisting or balloon artistry is preferred.
- Strong artistic skills and creativity in balloon design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with children and create a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations within South Florida.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Must be punctual, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience. (35.00 per hour)
