Job Description:
As a Character Assistant, you will play an important role in making sure our events are fun and engaging for kids. You’ll run games, interact with the children, and assist our performers to ensure the party runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for anyone who loves working with kids and wants to be a part of creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead games and activities for children during parties
- Assist the character performers during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Help set up and clean up after events
- Engage with kids and parents in a fun and energetic way
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests throughout the party
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with kids is preferred
- Ability to be energetic, outgoing, and adaptable at events
- Reliable transportation to travel to events throughout South Florida
- Availability to work weekends (when most events occur)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
