Job Summary

Duties
- Perform as designated characters in various settings, including live shows, parades, and meet-and-greet events.
- Engage with children and families through interactive storytelling, dance, and public speaking.
- Educate audiences about character backgrounds and storylines while maintaining the character's persona.
- Collaborate with fellow performers and production staff to ensure seamless performances.
- Participate in rehearsals to refine performance skills and choreography.
- Maintain costumes and props, ensuring they are clean and in good condition for performances.
- Adapt performances based on audience reactions and feedback to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in dance, theater, or performance arts is highly desirable.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike.
- Experience working with children in educational or entertainment settings is a plus.
- A creative mindset with the ability to improvise and engage audiences spontaneously.
