True Character Parties is the #1 provider of kids’ character entertainment in Central and South Florida! We bring magic to life with high-quality costumed characters, face painting, balloon twisting, kids' DJs, and more. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to help drive bookings and grow our client base.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and increasing bookings for our party entertainment services. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in a commission-based environment and loves working in a fun, fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, including reaching out to parents, event planners, and businesses.
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales (event, hospitality, or entertainment sales a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Passion for kids' entertainment and event planning is a plus!
Compensation:
Base plus Commission Earn based on performance! The more you sell, the more you make. High commission potential with bonuses for top performers.
