Areas of Accountability
- Warmly welcome and assist shoppers, offering expert advice on True Classic’s product range.
- Showcase the unique qualities and advantages of our apparel through engaging presentations.
- Strive to meet and surpass sales targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.
- Coordinate with store staff to set up and dismantle the True Classic display, ensuring it aligns with company and store standards.
- Keep the display area tidy and organized to provide a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for travel to various event locations.
- Willingness to be on the road for periods of up to 10 consecutive days.
- Prior experience in product demonstrations or sales, particularly in retail settings or at Costco events, is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse customers and convey product information clearly.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Energetic and approachable, with a genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement.
- Capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively.
- Available to work during weekends and holidays as required.
- Base pay starting at $16.50 per hour, complemented by a robust commission plan that rewards performance.
