We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Marketing Analytics & Reporting Analyst

to develop and maintain robust data reporting solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Looker and SQL to create interactive dashboards, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales / marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Data Reporting & Dashboard Development

Develop and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards using

Looker and SQL

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources.

Document reporting processes and establish best practices for data visualization.

  • Marketing Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze marketing data to identify

    trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

    Create ad hoc queries and custom reports to address specific marketing questions.

    Present insights and actionable recommendations to

    marketing leadership

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business objectives.

    Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to monitor

    key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Support management of the

    media budget and accounting process

  • Performance Monitoring & Strategic Support
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize spend and efficiency.

    Monitor and maintain dashboards to provide

    real-time insights for strategic decision-making

    Assist leadership in identifying trends that drive business impact.

    Qualifications

    3 years of experience

    in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field.

    Proficiency in Looker and SQL

    for data extraction, visualization, and reporting.

    Strong understanding of

    marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer behavior analytics

    Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources.

    Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

    Preferred Requirements

    Experience in

    eCommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail analytics

    Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital marketing platforms.

    Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

    Ability to manage, clean, and analyze large datasets.

    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
