As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of the True Classic brand in your local community. You'll engage with customers, build genuine connections, and guide them to the products that best suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Deliver the TRUE Experience through our sales management process, maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction (training provided).
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise tailored to their needs, offering personalized recommendations.
• Become a product expert, educating customers on True Classic's offerings.
• Respond to customer inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Support visual merchandising activities to showcase our products effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Achieve top customer satisfaction scores by providing exceptional service.
• Stay informed on current products, promotions, and trends.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a high-volume environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and step stools as needed.
• Maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced setting.
