Job Purpose
The Sales Counselor is responsible for completing daily administrative tasks that ensure the sales office runs smoothly. Provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions. Support the Sales Manager in completing all sales and marketing activities to position the community to achieve occupancy goals. Responsible for effectively selling and renting community homes and promoting the Windward lifestyle.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job also requires being able to leave an office environment to take potential residents on a tour of the community.
