What does a True Direct Sales Rep Do?
- Network and prospect using our proven techniques
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local real estate investors
- Market properties and work with investors to find the ideal property for their needs
- Analyze and evaluate properties
- Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
- Support investors through the buying, closing, renovation and restoration process
Job Requirements
- Real Estate License is not required
- Hustler / go getter mindset
- Coachable attitude
- Ability to meet sales goals
- High touch customer service skills
- Honesty and integrity
Real Estate and Sales experience is preferred but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role as long as you have the right attitude and mindset!

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
