Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of construction accounting experience, including bookkeeping and financial management, with a strong overview of AP, AR & billing. Experience in project management software.
- Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Attentive to accurate reporting, efficient processes, and strong financial management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and accounting.
Proficient in financial software (i.e., QuickBooks and Excel).
Ability to be creative in providing financial solutions to business leaders.
