True Enterprises LLC, is seeking a highly motivated sales-driven individual with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for renewable energy to join our internal sales team.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in energy or solar sales, and have the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding clients through the sales process while ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
Duties
- · Generate customer contacts via phone calls, email, and other communication channels
· Maintain records of potential customers in project management software
· Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their solar needs
· Optimize the sales process by explaining the benefits of solar energy, incentives and our products
· Maintain strong client relationships through active communication and follow-up
· Create proposals to be proofed by owner
· Complete customer intake form before site visits and review
· Schedule/coordinate site visits
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technical or energy-related fields such as solar sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating oneself and potentially others in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results in a competitive market.
