Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Coupa) to manage and enhance the Coupa Procurement application. In this role, you will ensure seamless integration, optimal functionality, and high user satisfaction across the company's operational platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, streamline processes, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
Oversee the technical operations of the Coupa application, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Manage integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payment platforms, supplier portals).
Conduct system upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
Resolve escalated system errors and integration issues in collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
Provide technical support for Coupa-related issues, acting as the primary help desk for internal users.
Implement new supplier catalog integrations and ensure accurate product data within the system.
Coordinate application change processes, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders.
Process Optimization
Manage Coupa release updates, including documentation, testing, and communication of new features or changes.
Develop and execute testing plans for major updates, including new fields, workflows, and processes.
Partner with business super users to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Recommend enhancements to system functionality, integrations, and overall performance.
Ensure system security by managing user roles, performing access reviews, and conducting vulnerability assessments.
Support audits by providing system data, documentation, and insights.

Qualifications

Coupa Procure-to-Invoice System Administration Certification (highly preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with system integrations, configuration testing, and release management.
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes (a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
