We are looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Dealer Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work to drive retail and commercial dealer sales, focusing on growing the TRUE and Octane brands within assigned dealer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Identify, create, and manage dealer customers to meet and exceed sales goals for your territory.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TRUE and Octane Fitness products, services, and company culture to effectively implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Dealer Education: Conduct product and sales presentations to dealer sales teams and provide product training to ensure dealers are well-informed and motivated to sell.
- Sales Training Coordination: Assist in developing training schedules for dealer sales teams and manage training sessions to ensure continued growth and success in your territory.
- CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring all sales functions are documented and monitored.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Deliver and manage sales budgets, track progress, and submit weekly and monthly reports on territory performance.
- Annual Planning: Create annual territory and account plans, targeting existing accounts with sales forecasts and revenue goals to ensure growth and success.
- Meetings & Conferences: Attend scheduled sales meetings and conferences to stay updated on new products, sales strategies, and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer-facing sales role with proven experience in business-to-business and business-to-customer selling.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to provide product education and effective selling techniques to a distribution network.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and promoting wellness as a lifestyle.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealer accounts and customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for dealer meetings and training sessions.
