Schedule: Part Time
Pay: $21.25 per hour
Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN with opportunity for hybrid work

How You'll Contribute:
- Responsible for the accounts receivable and billing for all program services, including making necessary account adjustments, issuing refunds, and preparing and sending monthly invoices
- Maintain accurate financial information, including financial assistance, monthly billing, and reconciliation
- Manage and facilitate Financial Assistance determination and tracking of budgeted amount
- Analyze accounts for payment consistency and delinquency, working with customers to establish payment plans
- Manage all DHS Waiver contracts, working with counties to ensure correct documentation
- Develop and maintains a good rapport with parents, caregivers and social workers
- Assist the Customer Relations Team with the financial portion of the participant application process
- Assist with credit card processing and enters all payments into database
- Provide accurate reports
- All other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2 years working in accounts receivable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma required
- Associates degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of waivered billing and processing
- Able to multitask
- Time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with proven analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with registration software desirable
- Intermediate data entry skills
- Able to pass organizational background check
