Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to elevate True Grace’s online presence and engage our growing community. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand values, build our audience, and drive meaningful interactions across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to support brand awareness, community engagement, and sales growth.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (visuals, videos, and copy) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube and Pinterest.
  • Plan, curate, and manage an editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry trends.


Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and like-minded organizations to foster collaborations and gain new customers


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve strategy and content.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to optimize performance and engagement.


Brand Advocacy:

  • Ensure all social media content reflects True Grace’s mission, values, and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
  • Exceptional writing skills with an ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned copy.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite).
  • Passion for sustainability, wellness, and True Grace’s mission to support regenerative agriculture.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with photography or videography.

Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
