Job Description :
As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with all safety and plumbing codes.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
Inspect plumbing systems to identify problems and necessary repairs.
Read blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout for plumbing installations.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for plumbing issues.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on plumbing installations and projects.
Adhere to local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
Troubleshoot issues on the jobsite in real-time.
Mentor Apprentices.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications :
Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in plumbing (both residential and commercial preferred).
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing problems.
Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, crawl spaces, etc.).
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pass a background check and drug test.
