Location: This is a full-time, onsite position at our farm in Ely, Nevada.
Schedule: Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with occasional holidays/weekends as needed.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the harvesting of cannabis plants, preserving plant integrity.
- Monitor drying rooms to ensure optimal humidity and temperature.
- Maintain precise curing procedures for quality enhancement.
- Buck and trim cannabis by hand or machine to meet standards.
- Conduct quality control checks for consistency and compliance.
- Accurately weigh, package, and label finished cannabis products.
- Prepare products for distribution, including inventory tracking and shipping.
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses to work in the cannabis industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to learn plant biology, growth cycles, and cultivation practices
- Previous experience in horticulture or cannabis cultivation is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and adjust to new technologies or procedures
Physical Requirements & Environmental Factors:
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a greenhouse environment
- Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to handle plants and equipment
- Manual Dexterity: Proficient hand-eye coordination for tasks such as cloning, trellising, and transplanting
- Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of greenhouse environments
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
