About the Role:

The Business Development Manager is a key member of our sales team responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the residential rental market. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online marketing, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients (landlords) through personalized outreach and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Teamwork:
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing team to achieve common goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., LeadSimple, Salesforce, Propertyware).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
