Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL for a Senior Territory Manager. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships within assigned territories of Illinois, coordinating and executing training programs, acting as a liaison between athletes, coaches, and organizational leadership, and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational initiatives. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales and marketing efforts, fostering community engagement, and promoting the brand within designated regions. You will also have management responsibilities that include overseeing 10 to 12 full time employees.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of the sport of lacrosse and experience in athletic training or coaching
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago and travel within assigned territories as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
- Experience in community engagement and event planning is a plus
