What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at True Line Construction?
True Wrap LLC DBA True Line Construction is looking to add laborers/crew members to our longstanding operation of residential construction services and fence installation. The job is full time, offers insurance and provides tools and equipment for our staff to effectively get the job done. We operate from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with opportunities to work on weekends and earn bonuses based on reliability in attendance.
Responsibilities
- Full-time position, with part-time options for work available upon inquiry
- Outdoor labor working on residential sites and commercial sites
- Work with other crew members to efficiently complete jobs with a high standard for quality outcomes
- Clear communication with team members
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs of material
- Comfortability with ladders (for occasional needs)
- Drivers License and transportation to and from office
Salary : $16 - $24
