We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door. In addition to front desk duties, this role will involve light sales, social media management, and assisting with day-to-day operations of our spa. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role within the next year.

At True Massage & Bodywork, we provide exceptional pre- and post-operative care and non-invasive wellness services to individuals recovering from cosmetic surgery. Specializing in lymphatic drainage and body sculpting, our mission is to enhance the healing process and support our clients in their journey to feeling their best. We take pride in educating and empowering our clients on how to care for their bodies post-surgery and offer services that prioritize their overall wellness.
Our other services include: Lymphatic Facials, Guasha, skincare, body cavitation, laser lipolysis, massage, radiofrequency, microneedling, post op care, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and professional environment.
  • Appointment Management: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage lead inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide clients with detailed information on services, products, and packages. Educate clients on the benefits of post-op treatments.
  • Sales & Product Promotion: Upsell spa services, packages, and memberships. Handle product recommendations and receive commissions on products and packages sold.
  • Spa Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of reception area and treatment rooms, assist in flipping treatment rooms between clients, restock supplies, and ensure a well-maintained environment.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as filing, inventory management, and restocking. Follow and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Social Media Management: Create and post content for social media platforms, helping to promote our services and engage with potential clients online.
  • Lead Management: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer follow-up.
  • Project Management Assistance: Assist with light project management tasks such as organizing meetings, photoshoots, or the rollout of new services.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock products and spa supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and accounted for.

Qualifications:
  • Sales experience required; commission-based sales experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with scheduling softwares is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Social media skills and management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Project management or light admin experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
  • Passionate about wellness, customer service, and helping people feel their best.
