Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and basement waterproofing sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- knock on doors and engage with potential client.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, d2d and other lead generation techniques.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize square teams to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue potential from existing accounts.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction/basement field
- Strong skills in lead generation, and sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage your own schedule, provide your own vehicle with proof of a valid drivers license.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong drive for results and a commitment to exceeding targets.
this is a commission only job you will get paid on results but you will get paid the same day. We are a mold remediation, basement water proofing, yard drainage radon company.
