This position is for a licensed therapist to join our team at True North Clinical Associates. We’re seeking candidates with a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with at least one year of post-licensure experience. The ideal candidate will possess Illinois licensure and have advanced training or certification in sub-specialties such as CBT, DBT, Third-wave therapies, or Trauma Therapy.
The role involves providing in-person therapy at our Naperville and Downers Grove locations. We’re looking for professionals who bring individual initiative, openness to collaboration, and an upbeat personality to their work. Strong communication skills, clinical confidence, flexibility, and comfort with technology are essential.

YOU ARE:
- MA, MS, PsyD, PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work
- IL licensure, 1-year post-licensure experience
- 10-15 hours/week
- Takes initiative, openness to collaboration, upbeat personality, and a casual energy
- High personal standards for the ethical practice of mental health, including adherence to professional standards and guidelines
- Effective, consistent, and quick communication with the ability to follow through
- Clinical confidence, flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail
- Adept and comfortable with technology
- Advanced training or certification in sub-specialty including CBT, DBT, Third-wave therapies, Trauma Therapy
- Ability to work with populations within your preferred specialty
