AmLaw150 firm seeks an Associate to join its Energy Practice for an in-person position in the Washington DC office. The attorney energy practice is wide-ranging and includes transactional matters (e.g., power purchase agreements, EEIs, ISDAs, gas prepays, and energy storage services agreements) as well administrative proceedings (electric and natural gas practice before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state public service commissions). The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with 4 or more years of experience in the above-referenced transactional or energy regulatory matters with interest in becoming partner. This position requires the associate to manage matters and work directly with clients.
