Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to advise colleges and universities on regulatory compliance and business operations. The role includes :
- Advising higher education institutions on compliance with state and federal regulations
- Handling transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving colleges and universities
- Providing counsel on governance, accreditation, and institutional policies
- Assisting with contract negotiation, employment issues, and risk management
- Representing institutions in regulatory investigations and administrative proceedings
- Collaborating with firm leadership to develop innovative legal strategies for clients
