Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location : Silicon Valley, CA
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group in their Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) office.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in California.
- 4 years of substantive experience in employment litigation , with a desire for arbitration and trial work.
- Meaningful experience in transactional employment work , such as drafting employment and severance agreements , EEOC position statements , and DFEH responses .
- Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance , drafting workplace policies , and assisting clients with employment training programs .
- Skilled at conductingwitness interviews and depositions.
- Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
