The TNE IMPACT Center will be a facility that allows for new, innovative, and highly capable methods to add real value for our customers and employees. It will support all departments across our retail locations, improve efficiency in new equipment set up, reconditioning, streamline parts storage and transfers, and improve our customer service abilities in our retail locations. Provide added space for growing our CDIP education process for our customers and cross training our departments on new John Deere technology and equipment

The Detail Specialist performs equipment cleaning and detailing work on products sold by True North Equipment.
You'll focus on :
- Performs yard and shop cleaning maintenance duties for the service department. Washes equipment as needed along with running or performing any qualified task that is requested by Service Manager or Lead Technician.
- Properly clean, prep, and complete high-level detail work on new and used equipment.
- May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
- May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership.
- May support PDI and Equipment setup functions when workload allows.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations set by True North Equipment and OSHA, in performing work assignments.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Accountable for all time and material used in performing assigned tasks.
- Supports other service-related functions and tasks under the direction of the location service manager, and the overall success of True North Equipment
- May move equipment within the dealership to support the role as needed.
- May perform all other duties as assigned.
- Follows safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, leadership, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of True North Equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by TNE leadership in a professional and efficient manner.
- Normal hours worked are Mon-Fri 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with the ability to flex up depending on workload.
