You'll focus on :

  • Developing and managing relationships with wholesale customers, including independent dealers and resellers.
  • Identifying and pursuing used equipment opportunities in the global wholesale market.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability.
  • Maintaining knowledge of inventory levels, equipment specifications, and market trends.
  • Working closely with the used equipment team and parts department to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation of wholesale products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Providing market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilizing CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.

What we are looking for :

  • Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of farm equipment, parts, and agricultural operations.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Hybrid / Remote work available, offsite and in Grand Forks ND as needed.
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, leadership, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of True North Equipment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by TNE leadership in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work hours are typically M-F, 8-5 but candidate may need to flex outside of our US time zone for International Business phone calls.
