Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting potential homebuyers at the community model home, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting the community Sales Counselor with various tasks; administrative, marketing and sales related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of real estate, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Duties
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct property tours and showcase homes to prospective buyers.
- Assist the Sales Counselor in the new home sales process, including paperwork and marketing campaign assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and help Sales Counselor to follow up on leads.
- Stay informed about the community, property management practices, and basic Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to expedite administrative, sales and marketing related services helping the team streamline operations.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and client communications effectively.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate sales.
- Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills to help manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse populations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- A passion for helping clients find their dream homes while providing outstanding back office support and service.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
