True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Devens Conference Center in Devens, MA. We offer awesome benefits and a great family culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Answer questions on menu selections.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, recook orders and product availability, additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables and dishware.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
- Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time.
- Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
