What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at True North Injury Law?
WHAT WE DO
We are involved in one of the most important jobs there is – making people whole physically, emotionally, and financially after they’ve been in a car accident and helping them find peace of mind. After a car accident people are lost, confused, and overwhelmed. They need someone to take the chaos off their plate so that they can focus on getting better.
In a nutshell, we investigate the claims, check out coverage, help clients build their cases, collect evidence, manage all the insurance communication, negotiate, and litigate to help clients get a fair settlement. It is incredibly exciting and fulfilling work.
We believe in combining the best of customer service, constant innovation, and sound legal principles to show insurance companies, juries, arbitrators, and mediators who our clients are and why they deserve what we’re asking for.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
- Grit and determination
- Respect without exception
- Open transparent communication
- Look for ways to improve
- The client comes first
- Honor your commitments
