Position Overview:
As an Elite Sales Agent, you will focus on acquiring boutique hotel management clients, leveraging your existing network and sales acumen to drive revenue. This role is perfect for those who thrive on quick wins and have a pipeline of potential clients ready to convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new boutique hotel management clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with our growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Compensation Model:
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
- Commission Structure:
- Upfront Bonus: 10-15% of your first-year commission from each client (e.g., earn a bonus based on client-generated revenue).
- Longevity Bonus: 5% of your commission revenue for Year 2 and 3, with clawback provisions for early churn.
- Accelerators:
- 2% commission for premium ADR clients ($500 /night).
- 5% for signing multi-property deals (3 boutique hotels).
