Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our hotel and vacation rental offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
