Water Restoration Technician Qualifications
Qualifications for a Water Restoration Technician
- Restoration Experience (preferred): Background in property restoration, including years of experience handling water, fire, mold, or similar damage, along with a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Relevant Certifications (Can be obtained on the job): Possession of certifications such as IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, or Mold Remediation to highlight expertise and dedication to the profession.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, team members, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using restoration tools and technology, such as moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and project management/documentation software, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
