We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled boat detailer who goes beyond cleaning to perfect and polish every vessel to a dazzling finish. If you take pride in your work and love turning fiberglass into a mirror, we want you on our team.
About the Job:
- Showroom-Ready Boats: You’ll be responsible for keeping our new and used boat inventory in pristine condition, making them so shiny that people will need sunglasses!
- Year-Round Work: This is not just a seasonal job. With our full marina and storage facility, there’s always something to do—even in winter, you’ll work in a cozy indoor space to keep your detailing skills sharp and your paychecks steady.
- Comprehensive Detailing: From washing and waxing to sanding and painting, you’ll handle it all. Experience with barrier osmosis treatments or CERAMIC COATING? That’s a big plus!
What We’re Looking For:
- Meticulous and Motivated: You notice the smallest details and take satisfaction in perfecting them.
- Self-Starter: We value self-reliant, resourceful individuals who take pride in their work.
- Industry Experience: You have experience in the automotive, marine or boat detailing industry and know how to make a boat shine.
