  • Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to content creation that reflects the companys mission and values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Organize and support trade shows, conferences, and promotional events, handling logistics, booth setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and blog posts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing, including managing schedules, budgets, and marketing calendars.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Research customer behavior and preferences to guide marketing campaigns.
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure alignment with planned activities.
  • Optimize workflows using project management tools like Trello or Asana.
  • Generate reports from tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and AI platforms to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Utilize AI-based platforms to generate on-brand copy, blog posts, and social media captionsreducing the need for external copywriters while maintaining consistent messaging.
  • Explore AI-driven design tools for creating graphics, social media templates, and promotional materials to streamline the creative process and lower reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools to automate post scheduling, optimize posting times, and monitor engagement, ensuring timely and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Leverage AI-assisted chatbots and auto-reply to features to handle routine inquiries and comments, minimizing the need for external community management services.
  • Use AI analytics to identify trending topics, relevant hashtags, and audience preferences, ensuring all social media and content strategies remain timely, engaging, and cost-efficient.
  • Employ AI-based reporting dashboards to measure campaign success, track KPIs, and rapidly adapt strategies to maximize ROI and reduce marketing spend
  • Collaborate on the creation of long-form content like whitepapers, case studies, and e-books.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
  • Manage updates to the companys website, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with current campaigns.
  • Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
  • Serve as a link between marketing and external agencies for creative design or advertising campaigns.
  • Help develop internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed about marketing initiatives.
  • Encourage employee engagement in promoting brand messages through personal networks.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to determine ROI and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the organizations mission, vision, and values always by holding self-accountable for applying our G.R.E.A.T. principles daily and personally living them when working with customers, employees, colleagues, suppliers, and others.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Associates degree (AA) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agriculture or organic products industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable.
  • Graphic design skills, including the ability to create visually compelling marketing materials and content for both digital and print media, are a plus.
  • Experience in creating infographics, promotional assets, or social media visuals that align with brand guidelines is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategies.
  • Familiarity with paid digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and the ability to support the creation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of agriculture or organic certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI tools and platforms, and ability to integrate them into marketing workflows.
  • Experience with marketing databases and CRM platforms to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Passion for organic integrity and sustainable agriculture.
