Program G-Code at machine, or conversational. Siemens Control for Fryer Mill and VTL, Haas Control for Mill, Lathe and HBM.

Our manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer Machinist with experience programming on Mill and Lathe. Siemens and Haas Control. You will develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines. You will be responsible for quality checks, observing hold points, and working with the Quality Department to prevent any mistakes or oversights. Small quantity projects are most common, with tight tolerances and a variety of materials. Long production runs are rare and would be programmed and managed by this position, but likely operated by another coworker that you would oversee.

We are a contract manufacturing facility servicing the Navy, Steel industry, and heavy equipment repairs. As such, we do not work with high quantity production runs. This allows for new challenges daily-weekly. Our shop is clean and bright. We currently employ 16 people, most of whom have been with us for over 5 years, 6 people with 20 years tenure. We work M-F, 7 : 00- 3 : 30, with overtime regularly granted. (-4 : 30, 7 : 00-12 : 00 Saturdays as needed).
