We are a locally owned and operated, family-run business that is passionate about float therapy and helping those in our local community. We are seeking a couple Sales Associates to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will mainly be resolving customer questions and offering solutions to drive company revenue. As we are a small business, you will learn and be a part of all processes, from cleaning to sales to marketing!
We are looking for individuals who will value this natural therapy, but who may also benefit from floating themselves. Float therapy can help relieve pain, stress, anxiety, dry skin, insomnia, headaches, migraines, etc. and can provide an overall reset. Our members/clients range from professional athletes; to those in chronic pain; to those suffering from anxiety, stress, PTSD or depression; and/or to those just needing some rest.
Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:
- Be the face of the spa and provide an excellent customer experience
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Contact current and potential customers (there is no cold calling!)
- Achieve 40% minimum monthly membership conversion rate
- Help clients through their float journeys and perform discovery to ensure solid recommendations and build connections; resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by continual checking, tidying, and transitioning rooms
- Attend weekly team meetings (team building, mentoring and training) and perform weekly deep cleanings
- Create fun sales and marketing materials to contribute to social media outreach
- Actively contribute ideas for marketing and sales growth
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong Negotiation, communication, and sales skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Benefits:
- Depending upon proven experience and availability, training pay typically starts between $15-17/hr. After successful training (approx 90 days), pay may be negotiated up, depending upon experience and meeting/exceeding company goals.
