The True REST Float Spa Consultants/Assistants support the spirit of our entire brand. Help shape the way in which clients and community view our spa and flotation therapy.
The Float Spa Consultants/Assistants will develop an expertise of flotation therapy – able to spread awareness and education. We are looking for champions of self-care, self-love, relaxation and mental wellness. A part of this is demonstrating exceptional service in all areas of spa and client care.
Our team exhibits exceptional service of the spa and clients: including (but not limited to) attention to detail, cleanliness, passion for self care and the spa mission to provide this service to as many people as possible. We are looking for consistent and growing sales performance, outstanding client care and customer service in all areas.
The tasks of the Spa Representative are managed and supported by the Management.

Responsibilities of the Spa Representative include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Opening, Closing and Transitioning tasks
- Shift Checklists - Submit to Supervisor per Policy
- Customer Service efforts as defined by Management
- Clean, Stock & Maintain facility
- Client Development - Profile management including notes, data confirmation, etc
- Daily Tracking and Opportunity Log
- Specials and Promotions
Spa Availability:
- The spa is open 7 days a week. We ask that you allow us to schedule you at least 2 - 4 shifts per week.
- Open/Day Shift is based on position, 8:00am - 4:00pm ("Front of the House" - Float Spa Consultant) or 10:00am - 3:30pm ("Back of the House" - Float Spa Assistant).
- Close/Evening Shift is based on position, 3:30pm - 11:00pm ("Front of the House" - Float Spa Consultant) or 3:30pm - 9:00pm ("Back of the House" - Float Spa Assistant).
- We respect every employee's scheduling request. We always strive to do our best in accommodating everyone's schedule.
- Weekend and evening shifts remain in high work demand, leaving little availability for Day Shifts Monday through Friday.
- Please keep this in mind when interviewing. Shifts are also based upon Performance and Seniority after your training phase.
Pay and Earnings:
- Base pay is typically $14 per hour.
- Base pay once fully trained includes sales commissions & gratuity.
- With sales achievement earned pay averages between $15-$21.
Education and Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED (minimum) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in spa (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Proficiency in the use of computers including the Internet.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid driver’s license.
