We are a locally owned and operated float therapy franchise looking for a hard working team member with strong Sales and Customer Service experience who is ready to make a change and a difference.
weekends required - Friday Saturday Sunday
Float therapy can help relieve pain, stress, anxiety, dry skin, insomnia, headaches, migraines, etc. and can provide an overall reset. Our members/guests range from athletes, to those in chronic pain, to those just needing some rest.
We are passionate about floating and are looking for individuals who will value this natural therapy, but who may also benefit from floating themselves.
Weekend required.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Strong Sales and Customer Service Experience*
- Customer service and presentation - front line of True REST Albuquerque - you are the face of floating
- Check guests in and out for their sessions - create a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere that invites our guests to relax
- Set up new guests, ensure they sign waivers and watch the introduction video; create a comfortable first float experience and give a thorough explanation of floating procedures
- Present and sell memberships - be well versed in packages and membership opportunities
- Be well versed in floating; be able to discuss in detail as well as the "elevator speech"
- Tour guests through the spa; be receptive to client needs - before and after floats
- Maintain clean and organized work environment by continual checking and tidying
- Clean and restock the pod suites after each float, as per the daily operation checklists
- Answer and return phone calls/emails - educate with accurate information and communicate clearly
- Book float sessions and manage the daily float schedule
- Report to Manager any client or equipment concerns
- Count cash drawer and be able to perform daily reporting/admin tasks
- Regular deep cleanings, Close cleanings and attend team meetings
- Other responsibilities as requested by Owner or Manager
*REQUIREMENTS*
- Candidates should be 25 and older with 2 years direct sales experience
- Strong Attention to Detail and Cleanliness
- Enthusiastic and Passionate; Personable, Comfortable, and Welcoming
- Takes Initiative and Excellent Work Ethic
- Clear, Kind, and Polite Communication
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move in between tight spaces
- Must be able to work and clean in a warm environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate all needed spa software; Experience with CRM software a plus (we currently use Booker)
- Must have a cell phone capable of running free applications for team communications and to manage schedule
