Spa / Sales Associate

True REST Float Spa is hiring for a part-time position at our Wexford, PA location.

As a Spa / Sales Associate, you are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than exceptional! The Spa / SalesAssociate is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with guests, and conveying the value of our services to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills to our clientele, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic.

Position Responsibilities: The primary qualifications and requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome guest and escort them to their pod suite
• Educate clients on the use of the float pods and physical and mental benefits of float therapy
• Sell memberships and other services
• Housekeeping duties including pod suite turnover, laundry maintenance, shower and bathroom maintenance
• Maintain full working knowledge of all spa specials, services, memberships and packages to effectively communicate and sell to customers
• Assist with scheduling, taking payments, answering phone calls and emails, filing and other clerical duties
• Assist with promotional programs and special events as necessary Spa Associate is expected to contribute to the team environment and compete other related tasks as needed and requested by Spa Manager

Experience and Requirements:

• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and spa management
• Previous experience with spa scheduling software preferred but not required
• Desired candidate must be outgoing, positive, professional
• Desired candidate should have a genuine interest in health and wellness
• Should be available to some work evenings and one weekend shift
