What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical business development strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
- Drive Innovation: Use your deep pharmacy knowledge to enhance clinical offerings, integrating emerging innovations and best practices.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, positioning us as a leader in the industry.
- Strategize for Success: Collaborate with leadership to align business initiatives with organizational goals and market trends.
- Represent Our Brand: Be our voice at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our clinical capabilities.
- Experience: 10 years in pharmacy or clinical business development, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD strongly preferred). An MBA or MHA is a plus!
- Licensure: A Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) in good standing.
- Expertise: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth and deliver results.
