We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr. Product Marketing Specialist to help lead the adoption and growth of our products and services. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, Sales and Client Experience, to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collateral Creation:
- Create compelling product marketing collateral from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Sales Enablement:
- Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools, training, and collateral that support specific sales strategies.
- Thought Leadership:
- Create effective thought leadership content to showcase our expertise, establish our company as a market leader, and drive industry recognition.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products and services into clear and compelling narratives that demonstrate value.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Canva for creating visual assets.
- Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork and collaboration, working effectively with different departments to achieve business goals.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and learn quickly.
