What You'll Do :
- Assist with Accounts Payable - ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely.
- Manage Credit Card Reconciliations - balance and record transactions with precision.
- Process Payroll - maintain accurate employee records and deductions.
- Perform Month-End Duties - resolve account discrepancies and ensure all data is reconciled.
- Help prepare Monthly Financial Statements - gather key data and provide insightful reports.
- Maintain accurate records - adhere to internal controls and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the team - assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.
