About The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst.In this role, you will identify high quality passive talent to join True through internet research, pulling together data from a range of sources including LinkedIn, publicly available information and our internal database, ThriveTRM. You'll generate a candidate pipeline, create ongoing reports and synthesize candidate data to communicate progress and trends to the team and other True stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work with key leaders at True across practice and region.

Who You Are
- Bachelors degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a client facing, recruiting, executive search of project management role within a professional services or related organization (sales, consulting, talent acquisition)
- Curious to unlock your growth potential
- Eager to find success while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Able to easily connect and establish trust with people of all backgrounds and experiences
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to easily establish rapport with others
