Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Union Branch Manager at True Sky Federal Credit Union at one of four locations in Oklahoma. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring member satisfaction, and driving branch performance to meet financial goals. Additionally, the Branch Manager will work to maintain compliance with regulations, implement strategies for growth, foster a positive work environment, and connect with the branch's surrounding community to foster business relationships.
