Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and electrical work.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Participate in site clean-up at the end of each workday.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
