Responsibilities
- Provide spray tanning services using a variety of techniques and products to achieve natural-looking, long-lasting results.
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skin tone and preferred tan level.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spray tanning areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest service and hospitality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in spray tanning to provide the best possible care.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
