Appalachian Community Services (ACS), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking a receptionist to join our team.

As an Receptionist, you will :
- Answers phone calls, transfers to the appropriate parties, is courteous to the public, collects fees for services, assists consumers with questions regarding services available, etc.
- Manages clinician calendars, schedules appointments, and prepares records for the daily appointments.
- Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, filing, documentation completion, agency policies and procedures, and HIPAA.
Qualifications :
Eligible candidates must possess a high school diploma and at least one year of of administrative experience.
