Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a busy household and senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and multitasking abilities to ensure the smooth coordination of personal, family, and professional activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Email & Schedule Management: Handle daily email correspondence, manage calendars, and ensure schedules are organized and up-to-date.
- Family Coordination: Organize and communicate family activities and events, including school pick-ups and extracurricular schedules.
- Errands & Appointments: Plan, book, and manage appointments (medical, personal, and professional) and run errands as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Research, plan, and book family and professional travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Social Media Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the family's social media presence.
- Personal Projects: Provide administrative support for personal initiatives and projects.
- Household Duties: Assist with household management, light cleaning, and organizing when needed.
- Transportation: Transport children, pets, and other family members to activities, appointments, and events as required.
- Flexibility: Receive and manage unplanned tasks and directives with a calm and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation with a 4-door vehicle (2015 or newer).
- Clean driving record and willingness to provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) at the interview.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR certified or willingness to obtain certification at no expense to you.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected requests.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar personal assistant role.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, productivity apps, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of household management and event planning.
Work Schedule:
- Expected hours: 12 PM to 8 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend needs.
